Paul faced up to 11 years in federal prison on the Biden DOJ's weaponized FACE (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances) Act and "Conspiracy Against Rights" charges.

 

We just left Paul's sentencing hearing in Nashville, and we have incredible news...


The Biden DOJ wanted to see this pro-life father locked up behind bars and separated from his family, but thanks be to God, we were able to show how unjust the Biden DOJ’s case was—and the court showed leniency!

 

This Independence Day, Paul will be able to be with his family.


Simply put, the weaponized and evidence-free charges brought by the Biden Department of Justice against these peaceful pro-lifers should have never been filed. That’s why we’re going to appeal Paul’s unjust conviction and keep fighting in court to clear his good name.
